If you're going to be selling overseas then it's critical that products can be shipped from in region to meet buyer's delivery expectations. Its often also very helpful to take advantage of a marketplace's own shipping solutions which usually mean being local. Our strategically located warehouse partners will hold and manage pick, pack and ship.
Alternatively, if you have warehousing in region you can also continue to manage this yourselves.
We will always ensure your brand is front and center but we provide both options regarding who actually sells the product. If you want to hand everything over to the program then Immerced can become the merchant of record meaning we will be responsible for everything including regulations, taxes, payment handling, shipping and returns.
If you want the program to sell through your brand and company, with you remaining merchant of record, that is also possible. We can help you get compliant, and will manage all the operations including opening accounts, optimizing and localizing listings, setting you up on platforms, and drive sales.
As part of our onboarding process we take the time to understand your needs and plans for your brand. Some brands don't want to, or are not permitted to, list in some locations or platforms. We ensure we connect you to the places you want to be, not where you want to avoid.
We will also recommend where we should list for you, but if you're completely open, we can also take the lead and our technology will help guide where we list for the greatest impact.
Our setup and final value fees include a certain level of marketing spend, which we reinvest into your sales. If you want to strategically grow through expanded marketing investment, we are able to work with you that.
Whenever you are rolling a brand out somewhere new it always takes time to scale to your full potential but you should expect to see sales coming through within weeks of launching the program.
We want to be as aligned with your growth as possible. To this end, the majority of our fees are as a percentage of the sales we generate for you. This percentage depends on a number of factors including the mode of our working together, and how many sales we generate for you.
There is a small set up fee, which also depends on the engagement model. We aim to ensure this isn't a barrier to your growth .
